On the FIRST Robotics Team #1775, we work with KC STEM Alliance to generate interest in science and technology in the Kansas City Public School District. With a very diverse group of students, we create an amazing robot and, more importantly, promising futures. Whether you're interested in engineering, business, programming, or design, we equip students with skills to help them succeed while maintaining a healthy and engaging learning environment. A big part of our year consists of designing, then prototyping, building, wiring, and programming a robot, but an even bigger part is competing with it!

Since the global pandemic started in 2020, the team was set back , but since then, we're heading back on track and are honored to attend competitions in person. We intend to do just as strong at as many competitions as we can in this coming year as we have in previous years. 

That's where you come in! We want to make travel and participation in FRC events available for everyone on our team, but to do that we need the funds to get everyone there, as well as have enough money to build our robot in the first place. World-wide competitions help us demonstrate that there are great minds at work in KCMO and give urban students the opportunity to experience everything STEM has to offer.
